The SP1 has no windows or roof – and it also has no windshield. Instead, it has what the Italian automaker calls a "virtual windshield." As the car moves, the air is sucked in through the large intake at the front of the car, then channeled to an upwards-facing vent that's located in front of the driver's seat, creating the barrier. Both cars are a roofless, windowless roller skate based on the 812 Superfast. Only 499 models will be built - and they are already sold out. The SP1's stunning bodywork is inspired by the 750 Monza and 860 Monza racing cars of the mid-1950s, referenced in the voluptuous front wing curves, abrupt rear buttresses, and unusual seating. Every inch of the coachwork is carbon fiber, perfectly bespoke. The 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine is front-mid-mounted and similar to that found in the Ferrari 812 Superfast but with 10 additional horsepower bringing the total to 801 horsepower and 530 lb-ft of torque.
